Freedom Leisure are holding inclusive swim sessions suitable for people with physical disabilities, learning disabilities and people living with dementia in Hailsham, Crowborough and Uckfield.  Pool session assisted by a swimming teacher to provide help, guidance, or just a supportive friendly face.
